Compass Acquisitions was founded in 1997 with the objective of acquiring and managing small and mid-sized automotive companies. Compass has established a multimillion-dollar private equity fund dedicated to the acquisition, operation, and growth of mid-sized tier 2 automotive suppliers. The Compass team includes current and former senior executives from the automotive and surrounding industry.

Our investment interests typically center on majority ownership in firms with annual revenues between $50 and $200 million and between 500 and 2000 employees although exceptions are made based on our own dynamic internal strategies or a firm's catalytic potential to existing or planned portfolio companies.
