An avid sports enthusiast, Scott also enjoys shooting sporting clays, honing his skills with precision and focus. Scott’s passion for both his work and personal pursuits fuels his drive to continually excel in all aspects of his life, ensuring a bright future for himself and his beloved daughter, Vivianna.

Joe Nupieri is the founder of Compass Acquisitions, a firm specializing in customized acquisition strategies. With a strong commitment to understanding the unique drivers of each client, Joe works closely with them to develop tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.

In 2023, Joe co-founded Compass Acquisitions after a successful career with Advisor Successions, where he garnered over a decade of experience in assisting clients with both acquisition and succession planning goals. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Finance from UNCWilmington. Before venturing into the mergers and acquisitions field, Joe worked as a licensed agent in Property Casualty Insurance, maintaining his licenses until 2020. Additionally, he owns and manages three rental properties, showcasing his expertise in real estate.

Residing in Stony Brook, New York, Joe shares his life with his wife, Samantha, and their two children, Carissa and Lena. Beyond his professional pursuits, Joe finds joy in various recreational activities such as skiing, fishing, golfing, boating, and exploring the realm of real estate. He actively contributes to his local community as a member of the Yacht Club, serving as Beach Chairman to enhance the community’s experience and make it truly special.
